The login email isn’t working for me. What should I check?

Log in with the same email your manager used for your Shifty account, or you may not see your account or any data.

Make sure you are logging in with the same email address that your manager used to add you to Shifty.

If you try logging in with a different email, the system won’t recognize your account, or your account will be empty.
