# The login email isn’t working for me. What should I check?

## Log in with the same email your manager used for your Shifty account, or you may not see your account or any data.

Make sure you are logging in with **the same email address that your manager used to add you to Shifty**.

If you try logging in with a different email, the system won’t recognize your account, or your account will be empty.
