How do I create and add a Quiz to a Training Path?

Overview

Quizzes allow trainees to complete knowledge checks as part of a Training Path.

A Quiz must first be created under Training before it can be selected as a Training Path step.

How to Create a Quiz

1. Select Quizzes from the left navigation under Training.
2. Create a new Quiz.
3. Add the questions you want trainees to answer.
4. Save the Quiz.

Available question types include:

• True / False
• Multiple Choice
• Check all that apply
• Text response

How to Add the Quiz to a Training Path

1. Open the Training Path you want to edit.
2. Select Add Step.
3. Select Quiz.
4. Select the Quiz you created.
5. Complete the step configuration.

Things to Know

• Text response questions use AI to grade the trainee's response.
• The Quiz must be created before it can be added to a Training Path.
• Legacy Pop Quiz data cannot currently be migrated into the new Quizzes feature.
• Until migration becomes available, a new Quiz must be created for use with Training Paths.

Example

After completing a Resource Review about a workplace procedure, a trainee could complete a Quiz to check their understanding of the material.
