# How do I add a Resource Review to a Training Path?

## Require trainees to review an existing resource as part of their training.

### Overview

Resource Review allows an existing Shifty resource to be added as a required step in a Training Path.

The trainee must view the resource before the step can be completed.

#### How to Add a Resource Review

1. Open the Training Path you want to edit.
2. Select **Add Step**.
3. Select **Resource Review**.
4. Select the resource the trainee should review.
5. Complete the step configuration.

### Things to Know

- Existing resources in Shifty can be used for Resource Review steps.
- The trainee must view the assigned resource before completing the step.

### Example

A Training Path could require a trainee to review a workplace policy resource before continuing to a related Quiz or training activity.
