How do I add a Flash Card Review to a Training Path?

Create a flashcard deck using tags and add it as a review step.

Overview

A Flash Card Review allows trainees to review a deck of flashcards as part of a Training Path.

Flashcard decks are created by applying the same tag to the flashcards that should be grouped together.

How to Create a Flashcard Deck

  1. Select Flashcards from the left navigation.
  2. Find the flashcards you want to include in the deck.
  3. Apply the same tag to each flashcard that should be included.
  4. Use that tag as the flashcard deck when configuring the Training Path step.

How to Add a Flash Card Review

  1. Open the Training Path you want to edit.
  2. Select Add Step.
  3. Select Flash Card Review.
  4. Select the flashcard deck.
  5. Complete the step configuration.

Things to Know

  • Flashcards with the same tag are grouped into a deck.
  • The tag becomes the name of the flashcard deck.
  • The trainee must review every flashcard in the deck before completing the step.

Example

A menu training path could include a Flash Card Review containing all flashcards tagged with the name of the menu section being studied.
